Roof rack

This is a DIY roofrack.
The side panels are laser cut from 5mm thick steel.
The cross tubes are 50 x 20 mm with a 2 mm wall.
I recommend assembling them as follows: First, mount the L brackets on the drilled holes, then install the side panels and weld them.
Then start with the cross tubes, first install the front and rear and weld them.
Then the other cross tubes. I plastic coated the entire roof rack.
If you want, you can sand everything down and apply primer and then apply several coats of paint.
